Why we started
We kept hearing the same sentence from studio owners: "I know I'm losing members but I don't know who, and I don't have time to figure it out." The tools that existed were either enterprise gym CRMs built for chains or marketing blast tools built for e-commerce. Neither fit a boutique studio with a small team and a loyal community.
So we built the quietest possible thing: a weekly briefing, a suggested message, a way to hand warm replies to the front desk. Nothing that adds noise to a studio owner's day.
